The d.u.m.b.o arts center (dac) presents the 12th Annual Art Under the Bridge Festival. Art Under a Bridge is a free, three-day festival, spanning 30 blocks of DUMBO, Brooklyn, with 200,000 visitors expected to attend as galleries, businesses, and the general art collective that is DUMBO.
