A costumed 1940s dance ball, with live swingin' sounds by authentic vintage jazz bands, re-bopin' DJs remixing and reinventing vintage grooves, awesome aerial artistry, dazzling dance numbers, blazing burlesque and performance art to make you swoon. Plus: fire performers, vintage go-gos, cigarette girls, oh my. The Jazz Age never ended, it just got funky. Dress accordingly!
Featuring...Three full rollicking swingin' jazz dance sets by JC's Biggish Band. Blazing burlesque by stunning beauties MsTickle, Peekaboo Pointe, and Legs Malone, performed all night to live accompaniment by the band. Aerial antics by Mr. Fantastic on trapeze and Summer Lacy on hoop. Special midnight all-jazz set by Freebass, mixing vintage swing samples with live bass lines. After the glitter settles, renown mixmaster DJ Shakey throws down vintage grooves and modern beats late into the night. DJ Miss Bliss spins classic jazz and swing at opening and in band breaks. FREE dance class before the event. NEW: for the first time, Miss Scorpio will present some of her famous feather + flower headpieces for sale in the front room lounge.
