MoMA Nights with Frente Cumbiero Thursday, July 14,5:30–8:45 p.m.
MoMA is open late every Thursday in July and August, with live music presented in two sets, at 5:30 and 7:00 p.m., in the Sculpture Garden (weather permitting). On Thursday, July 14, Frente Cumbiero performs. The group's recent recording,Frente Cumbiero Meets Mad Professor, is a fascinating mix of classic Jamaican dub and cumbia.

2011. Germany/USA. Directed by Miranda July. A filmmaker, performance artist, and writer, July is internationally renowned for her moving-image and written works. The Future, July's sophomore feature, is a compelling, melancholic comedy chronicling the fateful month that passes while a young couple waits to bring home their adopted cat, Paw Paw.
