The Curatorial Program of the New York Foundation for the Arts is pleased to announce its participation in the Dumbo Arts Festival showcasing the work of selected recipients of its Artists' Fellowship Program. Featured artists: When: Location: About NYFA's Curatorial Program: NYFA's curatorial services help organizations, corporations and individuals find engaging artwork for their offices, homes, festivals, events and other spaces. Over the past 40 years, NYFA has worked with thousands of visual, literary and performing artists working in all styles and disciplines. The Dumbo Arts Festival is free and open to the public. Also: Last chance to visit NYFA on Governor's Island for the Governor's Island Art Fair organized by 4Heads, showcasing hundreds of independent, international artists exhibiting an exciting and diverse selection of artworks. During the month of September, the fair is open Fridays, 11 - 4pm and weekends 11- 6pm, beginning Friday, September 2, 2011. 15 visual Artists from NYFA's Artist as Entrepreneur Boot Camp program are featured in the exhibition: Susan Benarcik, Mary Billyou, Carmen Einfinger, Liz Flores, Felipe Galindo, Sung Jin Oh, Jackie Lipton, Michael Loughlin, Glendalys Medina, Ira Merritt, Roxa Smith, Elisabeth Smolarz, Christy Speakman, and Margeaux Walter.
