March 14th 2016, 8 PM, New York, New York- NYC’s Home for International Soul, Meridian 23 is pleased to present LayeRhythm, a unique jam session of music and dance featuring a special performance by the dynamic Belgium DJ, LeFtO.
Music lovers, dance lovers and organic/freestyle exchange lovers will merge again for a night of great vibes and harmonious fusion at Meridian 23. LayeRhythm invites you back for the triumphant one-year anniversary show. Take delight in an evening of artistic improvisation between live musicians, freestyle dancers and a slew of unearthed talent. LayeRhythm kicks off the night with a series of improvised exchanges followed by a DJ set by special guest and international tastemaker DJ LeFtO to season the rest of the evening.
About DJ LeFtO: though deeply rooted in hip-hop and jazz, LeFtO has gifted us with funky eclectic mixes that have gained worldwide recognition because of his ability to switch from genres ranging from future bass to African and South African beats and bruk riddims.
