(New Weekly Party) Shapes @ Louie & Chan (303 Broome Street, New York, NY 10002)
Launching this Friday, October 14th, Shapes takes over every Friday night at Lower East Side's Louie & Chan. We invite our favorite DJs from across NYC and beyond to let loose and play nothing but good music and good vibes whatever the genre. This isn't your typical top 40, EDM or trap-all-night party. Musically, expect to hear joints by the likes of Kaytranada, Anderson Paak, Theo Parrish, Sango, Omar, Kelela, Jamie xx, Thundercat, plus a healthy dose of House, Dancehall, Hip Hop, 80's Soul and beyond.
For the launch party this Friday 10/14, we're excited to have a DJ set by Mayer Hawthorne (Vagrant / Stones Throw), Electrafique's DJ Cortega (OkayAfrica), Khalil (Livin' Proof), and #FOMOPARTY's Darling Chuck and Tha Yell0w R KEL.
